Michael (Mitch) Mitchell

Mitch was born August 16, 1952, in Beloit, Wisconsin. He passed away peacefully at his home on April 2, 2025 surrounded by his beloved family and his two precious little dogs. He began his career in law enforcement in Wisconsin. He retired from the Reno Police Department as an Evidence Technician and was a proud Doctor of Sheep Dip as well as past President of Reno Rockin’ 50’s Dance Club. Known for his sharp wit, unmatched humor, and countless friendships, Mitch brought laughter and love to all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife Linda, daughters Kristy and Tammy, Son-in-law Jim, Sister Diane, Brothers-in-law Les, Joe and Denny, who are all part of his large Wisconsin family. Mitch's motto was "Life is Good" and he lived by that every day.
